My guess is that they won't pull a Jeff Clark on you because it would call attention to Reddit now, and Reddit is such a shithole of lies and distortion they can't afford to have that exposed to the public. Look at the value damage to Twitter over the Musk controversy.

Clark was all about damage to Trump and it cost them nothing. But if they go after you it will blow up Reddit.
