It's funny how we're labeled as "conspiracy theorists" while the U.S. government and its media spread the conspiracy germ theory and all normies believe it. Here, wear my tinfoil hat.

Two reasons:

Hide the fact that TPTB have been killing and maiming us en mass since they existed.
Slow down what really spreads from person to person, dangerously changing them as it goes: ideas.
