Just happened to me:

I have a surgical procedure coming up next week. Got a call from the surgeon's office to go over my med history. Took around 15 minutes, going into detail as far back as 20 years ago. Questioned any condition or procedure I've ever had, typical "have you been around anyone with Covid," and so on. Just dawned on me about the only thing they didn't ask was if I'm vaccinated.
