Take in mind, that this 3 Baltic states - Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia have common electric network with Russia and Belarus from the USSR times, and get most of electricity from Russia-Belarus. Lithuania once was electricity exporter, but due to "green" agenda and "deliverance from Soviet heritage" it shut down relatevly new and powerful Ingalinskaya nuclear station built by USSR and now that Baltic trinity is total electricity importer. Also, they shut down few fossil fuel power stations, again, due to "green" agenda . So, they could be literally just shut down at any moment.
Highly unlikely Putin will do it, but there is a real possibility to throw 3 EU countries to stone age without any opportunity for them to somehow restore electric power in observable future.
Looks like this is a brutal attempt to set Baltic states up to that insane Agenda 2030 "sustainable energy" narrative to check what will happen to the "civilized" country without electricity.
As for that Russian anclave, there is no problem with switching supply to sea routes from St.Petersburg, they are already working AFAIK.
And there is no any real sense in that - in both cases sea line is an easy workaround. But in case of Baltic countries there is clear and very "obvious" way for non-military actions in return, that, suddenly, perfectly aligned with NWO "green" agenda. In case of Canada there is no such "obvious" counteractions that could be useful for NWO.

Yes though this is clearly a provocation. Like what if Canada said we couldn't ship things to Alaska? They'd get wrecked immediately.
