Also, to the contrary, but similarly in spirit, it's good to make sure that you are not immediately disbelieving information from sources you do not trust (for example, I will see a post from time to time, from a user I think is a shill, but that I think is important and spot on, and it can cause me to automatically disbelieve something that I would otherwise think is true, due to bias).
Yup. I have a whole list of these types if things I've been categorizing. Most common disinfo technique they i see i call "soy meat". It's close to the truth but fake with intent of discussing the important part. Super common
You have to assume everything is disinfo and learn to think critically or else you are essentially taking the blue pill
