When I was younger and working in a restaurant, our walkin fridge/freezer went out during the summer. We rented a reefer (refrigerated) trailer that sat outside our hotel/restaurant for over a week. Just sayin, maybe need more recon to know for sure what they're doing. Take more photos. Especially watch it early in the morning around sunrise. That's when we pulled 80% of what we needed for the day.
