My body my choice doesn't conflict with mandatory vaccines for someone else. She's making the choice to have a vaccine on HER body, but your body isn't hers so she so the same rules don't apply. It's not in conflict with each other if you understand what both slogans mean to the people saying them.
Explaining the stupidity doesn't make it any more coherent.
It's entirely coherent. If you only care about yourself and want to force your will on others all of this makes total sense.
From said person's perspective. Objectively, such behaviour is called "hypocrisy" and is generally considered contradictory behavior. A form of cognitive dissonance.
It's not hypocrisy. It's not hypocritical to always act in MY interest even if it conflicts with what you see me doing.
