Stop paying taxes. File exempt, get 1099 work and don't pay, or if you have savings, take the rest of the year off. Stop contributing to this.

Easier said than done. I'm a W2 wage slave. It would be very difficult for me to replace my current income under 1099 contract work. Perhaps if I started when I was young and poor I could have done it, but I have too many loans to pay these days to start over again.
