Don’t forget the Tesla mega charger, charging a Tesla semi to 80% in 30 minutes! If anyone crazy enough to use one in high moisture areas/cold areas could video that inevitable electrocution and/or battery explosion, that would be great.
Enough energy to move a semi 400 miles in 30 minutes fast charge to 80%, and given there’s been no major leap in battery tech in the last couple years, the battery for the semi is going to be huge and really dangerous when one does let go. Going with 2kWh/mile, 500 miles is 1000 kWh, their 100 kWh battery weighs about 1300 lbs, and they need 10 of them that’s 13000 pounds of battery. How much does a burning 13000 pound battery add to global warming i mean climate change anyways?

Is 80% charge in 30 min on a Semi a real goal? That is a lot of energy.
