Maybe, if they are actually restraining themselves, and not just being secretive.

What I mean more though is that one must already be inclined to a certain action in order to have inhibitions. 'I want to do that, but I stopped myself'

If you have no want to do something, then completely removing all inhibitions wouldn't increase your proclivity to it.

Therefore social media has just enabled whores that were too lazy/afraid/secretive to be blatant whores in real life to be whores online.

Don't hate on anything that allows people to show their true nature. It'll save you a lot of time.
