Whenever I see this come up, I always wonder if it has anything to do with what Wilhelm Reich had discovered regarding what he called "orgone" energy and also his experiments with weather manipulation. The lights he saw during an experiment that caused him to delve further, very much were described like these lights but in a smaller format.
