I have to say, everyone has to follow the constitution.
Inalienable rights come from God. They just exist. Whether you want them or not. Just like how we have the right to breath we have the right to make whatever sounds we want with our mouth. Anyone who violates the first amendment is violating inalienable rights and that is not legal. Unless someone can point me to the part of the constitution that says individuals can violate other people's rights.
People wouldn't argue that I have the right to steal because I'm a private citizen so property rights don't apply. It just really irks me when people make the same argument for the most important amendment and an inalienable right.
No one would argue that they could deprive water from a fish because the fish didnt awim in it correctly. That's an inalienable right, just like our ability ro speak.

Just end it and make the world a better place
you say your rights are unalienable rights from God, then you say they are given to you by the constitution. these two are contradictory.
No I didn't. They are enshrined in the constitution. If you can't understand that you have a double digit IQ.
