One of those yellowish manilla envelope packets given to invaders for instructions to get them to a neighborhood of their choosing. I just saw one on the Greyhound bus. Half the passengers can't speak English, have new clothes and shoes, and are carrying a bag or two.

Yeah, they all have them. Helps them blend in since they all look at the phones like normie Americans. They probably get their free money updates like this too.
You should "liberate" one of those packets from them.
They have full protections from local and federal governments. I would have the full force of the government on me if I were caught taking a packet. I may have gotten some video of one of them. I need to check it later.

It's harder to get a picture since they don't need to have the packets out. It's not as confusing as being at an airport. I only saw it because an invader was putting it away.
