Article is short, here's the whole thing
At what point did the Moskva have that capability?

Here from the Daily Mail. Sounds like projection. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10721351/Ukraine-war-Fears-Moskva-warship-carrying-nuclear-weapons-sank.html
But because it fired during a test exercise prior to conflict, there is the possible speculation with its anti aircraftcarrier missiles, ship destroyers. Were they nuclear tipped? Why would they be if it was immediately deployed in the Black Sea. It outfits at Sevestapol. No immediate ship threats to use nuclear tipped supersonics.
It always has them? When it's resupplying regularly in an active conflict.
Odds aren't entirely there.

The Bosphorus Strait is closed. Russia knows this. What immediate threat is there.
It had test fired at a daring range supersonics which can be outfitted tipped with nukes. Prior to the conflict. Showing capability. These are primarily antiship weapons.
The other two in the Med, I would be far more worried about. The Northern Fleet.
But okay you have this ship in conflict. It's going to prioritise immediate need. It will resupply and outfit accordingly. Its docking Port is right there. Not hypotheticals.
Of course a gunslinger carries everything but why are you bringing it to that fight when you're resupplying at your Dock less than a day away.
Marginal odds. If something else entered the strait. You'd know about it. Then you'd regroup and refit to match.
Explain, because it doesn't make sense? Antiship weapons are suddenly hitting land targets. It didn't have that role.
When the spyplanes pick up the diving operation, recover the broken arrows, everybody can stop guessing. So many erratic claims.
We're talking about pools of plutonium in the ocean. I'm unsure what you're asking about
