Yes. And you can do it youself. Ignore all that stupid laws, grow your own food, build parallel state-independent society among your friends and relatives. Become as independent from the state as possible. Demand all your salary and profit only in cash, spend cash for goods and services from your neighbourhood, not for anything from large companies, move to rural area, ignore anything from state about limiting your unalienable right to create things you and your neighbours need and grow your own food and rise livestock.

Yes, it is possible. Ignore state laws. They are nobody. They can't tell you anything about your basic right to grow your own food. Cheat them, trick them, fuck them, do anything that you believe will work against them without serious consequences for you.
