I am sure some of them are real people, but that's the trouble with these things. It's impossible to distinguish NPCs, bots, retards, saboteurs, or satire. But I agree that it's basically pointless to distinguish anyway. No different than with the insane woke stuff. There are agents and useful idiots but neither are worth engaging.
