Update: March 22, 2022
Stating or implying that a 'transgender woman is a biological male' will result in a perm ban from r/conspiracy as it appears the mod team considers this a TOS violation.
Human biology and science is to be classified as 'hate speech'.
It also appears you will be banned for submissions or discussion of
- CIS women that feel disenfranchised by transgender women receiving women's awards or competing in women's sports
The mods will not clarify whether discussing LGBTQ topics results in a ban, but by the evasive nature and continuous gaslighting it seems someone on the mod team does not want civil debate or any discussion on controversial topics.
Instead the mod prefers to run a honeypot permanently banning users that make submissions or discuss topics on a mod's private blacklist.
No matter of compromise would appease the lead mod who appeared to be putting on theater display.
Asking for clarification on blacklisted topics to prevent future misunderstanding and bans for wrongthink received additional evasive responses and gaslighting.
Suggesting mods should be open and honest with users about banned topics makes you a TMOR shill that wants the sub banned.
I did manage to get one honest reply.

Seems like there are a lot of old mods here and I remember u/axolotl_peyotl being pushed out under strange circumstance.
Summary:
Perm banned from r/conspiracy about 4 days ago
I asked why I was perm banned and what specifically in my submission and submission statement was a TOS violation for 'hate speech'.
I was never contacted or sanctioned by Admin.
This was 100% mod action..
To be honest I never anticipated the mod team Orwellian newspeak, mental gymnastics, dodging, projection, and gaslighting. I never once got a clear honest answer to what specifically in my submission or submission statement was a TOS violation.
Presumably if you engage in civil debate on r/conspiracy you will be perm banned if you raise the question of CIS women potentially being disenfranchised by biological men identifying as transgender women in awards and competitions .
The old public modlog is also offline, for how long who knows, but it seems like the mods over there currently in charge have two sets of rules (public, private) and do not like transparency.
A small passage from the pm
I repeatedly stated I was willing to compromise and post within the confines of a sandbox. I just asked what are blacklisted topics or how my submission was in violation something you refuse to respond to. You say use nuance, but then don't define what that means. You can't say follow the rules, when rules are unstated, unspecified, or ambiguous especially with respect to hidden blacklists.

Submission statement:
USA (Today) announced their women of the year.
Included in the list was Biden's Ast. Sec HHS Rachel Levine. As more and more awards for women continue to be handed to biological men, you have to wonder at what point women begin to feel disenfranchised by a rigged system.

These constant "Reddit is crap" posts on here come across a bit like hanging out in a gay bar and then complaining that everybody is gay.
Reddit is partially owned by the Chinese government and has been so for many years. Anybody who is still frequenting Reddit is lying to themselves about not being an idiot. If you want to become Globohomo you can just sign up for Netflix and drink Coca-Cola while eating McDonald's all day. You don't have to visit Reddit.
And before you reply, don't reply with any excuses about how "you just have to check there to make sure nothing big dropped" or some other nonsense. There is no excuse. Do you have sites like this, 4 Chan, and many other sites, which are not Globohomo vaccine propaganda, to get info from.
Hi.
r/conspiracy was one of the last large subreddits with open discussion that wasn't completely locked down.
Most of the mods here seem to be old r/conspiracy mods. u/axolotl_peyotl, u/doggos, and u/PutinLovesCats look familiar
Maybe r/conspiracy is just a honeypot or area to collect data now. You rarely see current mods sticky posts or engaging in discussion.
/r/conspiracy has always been controlled opposition, imo. It was created by the admins to quarantine 9/11 "conspiracy theories" from the rest of Reddit. While it did have it's time(s) of glory, the admins always kept a close watch/leash (ie. IlluminatedWax, SarahConnor, and a few others - some of which are still in the mod ranks - whom are just alts). I've long said that the sub died with Flytape "rage quitting" and furthermore the infiltartion of the C_S_T team. Flytape was right. There was no more hope for the site/sub. The site/sub chose it's bed to lay in. Axo has always disagreed with me on said things. But hey, I've been saying it all along and look at us now. Aye, Axo ;)
For the record, just so people know because you mentioned it, I was never a mod on /con, but was always highly voted to being one most election cycles. Came close but was always shot down by certain "sleeper mods" who just coincidentally arose from stasis just in time to say "nay". Further, my final ban which led to a perma suspension there was from a 3+ year old comment that stayed visible and broke no rules until years later when it was determined to be "hate speech". That was done by the admins. The mods there, served countless of unwarranted temp bans. Always the same ones: SovereignMan, Creq, UN_13 (who is top mod now).
There was another mod that was pushed out before u/axolotl_peyotl
This was between 2016-2020 around the time that Reddit Admin were trying to purge the_donald.
I think it was u/JamesColesPardon ?
He was openly being attacked and targeted by TMOR and other shills even in r/conspiracy.
When that mod got purged I remember saying to myself it's only a matter of time before they come for u/axolotl_peyotl and other independent non-conforming mods who don't tow the line.
What's interesting is once axolotl_peyotl and JamesColesPardon were gone the individual targeting of mods in comments in r/conspiracy seemed to die down and disappear.
I don't think that's a coincidence at all and might signify at that point the sub 100% became controlled by alt accounts of Admin, SPLC, and TMOR. The public modlog is now offline, make of that what you will.
There were a few other points in the history of the sub where there was a shakeup of mods, it's all rather fuzzy at this point with how much time has passed.
James was a part of the C_S_T crew I was talking about. Don't be fooled by the smoke and mirrors James played at. I always thought he was shifty as did a few of us others and made that known. There was TMOR drama with him (and others - I suspect were his alts) because, imo, he was in cahoots with TMOR, as were others. They were infiltrating the mod ranks at lower levels to not give way to the illusion that the top ranks were already admin alts. That is why they went after Axo so hard. They wanted UN_13 at top.
Nothing is what is seems on Reddit. I was actually an outsider who was invited on the /inside by Flytape. However, this was the sole reason, imo, why I was never made a mod there. They gaslit people on the sub via alts/TMOR about me being a mod alt but they knew I wasn't thus why they weren't going to let me in on their mod accounts.
If only people knew.
