The spike proteins are causing the clots. Why would they spend all the extra money manufacturing that many microscopic robots when the product, when working as advertised, forces your body to produce the S protein that we know destroys tissues it comes in contact with. When your own cells start producing these things and your circulatory system starts pumping them through your body, any vascular tissue that gets hit with these spikes is going to get shredded, which is going to create a large number of small blood clots.

And as an added bonus, they can pass through the blood-brain barrier, and accumulate in major vital and reproductive organs, exacerbating any existing medical conditions or creating new ones outright. The bioengineers who worked on this shit were very good at their jobs. The most harmful part of the virus is the same part that they decided to base the "vaccine" on.
