“Spread naturally” I don’t think there’s anything natural about the spread. Russia says they’re experimenting with the same exact virus in bio labs in Ukraine on the 11th and this stuff hits the news on the 9th. If it’s a bioweapon, there’s no natural spread required. The operatives will release it where they’re told to in order to maximize panic.
