The only thing about that statement which is correct is SOME germans relocated. You have no idea how many or any way to connect them to all the jews like soros. You can't just say "global fascists" and have that be the end of it.
I think this is definitely part of it. Putin said they were targeting specific individuals responsible for crimes in Donbass. He said they knew who was responsible, and where they lived, and that they were targeting these individuals and planned trials for war crimes. Time will tell if he was speaking truth.
