Tom Bearden discussed in at least 2 books how LRAD can be used to make people very sick - sick enough to kill them, and could be used to fake epidemic/pandemic disease. He wrote this years ago. I have not read the books, but I learned this from this recent presentation from the Martin Fleishman Memorial Project:
