I know a lot of Females transitioning into male, and he 100% fits all the categories.

Effeminate voice. Sounds like a female on HRT.

Facial hair looks like a female on HRT.

Was dating a female. Not just a really gay guy, more likely a lesbian. Son is probably not "his".

Effeminate gestures and facial expressions many Females to males transsexuals retain post transition.
