It is important to recognize the difference between an aids test and an hiv test.
It is true that some of the vaccinated (as I recall, with experimental vaccines that largely did not make it to market) were testing positive for hiv after the jab.
The "luc montagnier" meme I've seen going around mentions testing for aids - which is a completely different (though obviously somewhat related) claim.
This other claim is that the gene therapies weaken, suppress, and destroy the immune system causing aids (this is factual and true)
Certainly they COULD be one and the same, in the case that the hiv virus (should such a thing actually exist at all) or some part of its code was used in covid and/or the gene therapies criminally mismarketed as vaccines. Though this is only one possibility.
I glanced at it, yes. I did see the "hiv molecular clamp".
However using hiv as a tool to make something isn't the same as including it in the final product (necessarily - though very likely to some small calculated percentage, anyhow).
Honestly, we don't know and they (pfizer, moderna, uncle sam, and the rest of the biopharmainsurance syndicate) essentially don't tell us what they put in the gene therapies, or how they made them (including tools used, like hiv potentially).
I just want to stress the important distinction between hiv and aids as it pertains to claims like this.
It is reasonably clear that the gene therapies (and all vaccines, yes - "traditional" ones) suppress the immune system causing, effectively, aids. To test for this, we have to do bloodwork (measuring the concentration of various immuno cells/serums). Bloodwork like this is expensive, and will not be covered under insurance.
An hiv test on the other hand is often free and readily available. It does not measure immune strength, the way an aids test would.

They are reporting fear and panic, as they tend to. I haven't seen anything conclusive/convincing that hiv test rates are up. Have you?
That is possible, they sure do that a lot! I also found the idea about it here intriguing and very possible as well : https://communities.win/c/Conspiracies/p/141YbPfs2y/hiv-is-in-the-vaccine-reee--i-/c
In many ways, you are likely correct.
