6 Okay so, pol had the pdf of the Dr. Matthew C. Harris "manifesto" - He has all these strange but deliberate formatting patterns. He always pairs single quotes with double quotes, and if he does something in ALL CAPS, he puts "NIGGER" in lower case except for the N and any punctuation.
