If you think the spike proteins from the vaccine are causing Myocarditis, you're admitting Myocarditis is a side effect of the virus as that's where the spike proteins come from.
The spike protein from the virus CAN cause that though. It's extremely extremely rare, unless you're old and/or fat as shit your body will fight off the virus before that much virus, thus spike protein, can bind.
If you take a shot delivering instructions for your body to produce this, either via mRNA or adenovirus vector, spike it'll be far different than getting the virus. The spike will be produced within your body, instead of just infecting an area that's used to fighting off viruses, with easy access to your blood and nervous system.
This is just the spike protein in the blood, it's not even touching on what happens when it gets in your brain or nervous system.
"Long covid" is just your body taking a long time to flush out the rest of the spike.
