Thanks to u/dontkillmehillary for the winning suggestion and for the link to the Oliver Stone produced documentary from 2016, "Ukraine On Fire".
Western/NATO media presents a very one sided narrative with regards to Ukraine. Here's a twitter thread I discovered the other day which gives a crude crash course in the side of the narrative that gets neglected by our beloved western presstitutes:
Can you imagine situation that US invaded in Canada? It's crazy, right? If Russia invades Ukraine, it's even crazier. But the politicians are doing their job, they don't want peace, they only want profit.
Speaking of that I didn’t even know the war of 1812 was a thing until I got to college. Nobody in the US even knows that Canada and the United States had a war.
I meant war in modern borders. In past we can find a lot of interesting things. Did you know that Russia and Ukraine so close ppl that they were one big country in past days, it called "Kievan Rus" and Kyiv was a capital.
Yeah the more i look into Ukraine, the more i realize it’s really not a country at all. At least before 1991... it’s More like kiev was a city-state, and the countryside and towns around it have been a part of many countries that now border it, Austria, Russia, etc.
