Who cares? Private elevators (not cited) or non-private, it doesn't matter. It's not pertinent to the argument proposed. They both operate the same and would easily transport 400 pounds in one go.

You're adding things that are not cited or sourced. I'd be happy to look at what you're saying, but as far as the weak meme is concerned transporting 400 pounds of weapons and ammo discreetly and without alarm "up 30 floors" in a hotel is EASY, thousands of people have done it.
