Trouble is those stats only reflect the number of people taking the tests. Israel is one of the top 20 most tested populations at 400 tests per 100 people. S.Africa has only taken 30 tests per 100 people. Although having said that the UK has taken 600 tests per 100 people and they have nowhere near Israels case rate either.
