Gonna keep this short and sweet.
Used to be a blue-pilled, overweight, ""depressed and anxious"", video game playing, dating app swiping, fast food eating, Jew loving faggot before me and the magical fungi met for the first time.
All it took was one small trip to change my life forever.
I couldn't stop thinking about the headspace these blue-tinted mushrooms put me in.
I started to believe in God, a higher power
I started to give a shit about what I put in my body/mind
I cut off all the dead weight relationships and moved to the other side of my country
All around I became a better version of myself that would've taken possibly years to reach.
Tripping was wonderful, yes, but the real healing begins when one starts a microdosing regimen. 5 days a week, every week.
This is not a miracle cure all; a lot of the work falls on the individual -- in fact 95% of the work in my experience.
If you have goals you want to achieve, but are lacking that extra oopmh of drive: then consider this fungus an essential tool for you life tool kit.
Doubt this post, think I'm a burn out hippy trying to convince others to tRiP bAlLs mayne, I don't care.
If you seek out the mushroom, it will seek you out as well.
And just ask yourself this one question:
Why is that you can go to prison for being in possession of a fungus that grows on cow shit in a field, but you can pop all kinds of harmful Big Pharma medications -- that will usually make you worse off than you would without them -- and no one bats an eye.
You can get shitfaced off of cheap whiskey and IPAs every day of the week, but it's socially acceptable, so who gives a fuck right?
Make up your own mind, frens.
5 days on, 2 days off is what Paul Stamets and others recommend, but I agree with you about every few days -- especially for beginners.
I think it would be tough to see the difference in outcome between the method you recommended and the one I recommended. I should have put a disclaimer that my recommendation was subjective and personal preference. The important part is getting the fungus in your body!
And I will agree with you there that mine is subjective as well. Whatever works for the user is what's best.
