It seems odd that Blizzard-Activision was hit with a bunch of accusations of harassment that brought down their stock price right before Microsoft bought it up.

I wonder how many of those accusers that quit Blizzard-Activision got jobs at Microsoft right afterwards. Considering how Microsoft's press release about the acquisition was full of woke talking points, it wouldn't surprise me if they paid people on the inside to sabotage Blizzard-Activision to make its stock drop significantly to make it easier to buy them out. I also wouldn't be surprised if the CEO was in on it as he got his "golden parachute" out of the deal as well.
