It's a video of her from her own webcam, almost like she's doing a vlog. She's very young and has no makeup on. And she's crying and talking about how she's afraid.

I know I've seen it before, but I can't remember enough detail to locate it now, and Google is absolutely no help. I even checked through old posts on r/conspiracy, but it seems searching for anything from more than 3 years ago is damn near impossible.
