Only listen to metal, less of a problem, a lot of it is fight songs and similar topics of defiance....
I used to think this but the problem is we need to be well rounded in our selves the noise prevents the water of inner lakes from ever becoming clear, metal left me stuck in gear as a rebel, which is good but I also need to be half a Saint, and a full man , brother, provider, planner, protector, giver and more
