A few observations:

• this stuff goes back at least to Clinton so is not a direct consequence of 9/11
• the havana syndrome stuff goes back further and was an area if active debate until the beginning of this year when they ran a disinfo smear campaign against the emf theory.
• biden admin has close ties to Clinton admin and so this leads me to believe they’ve resumed this effort. Perhaps the 5G rollout plays a role
