That's the point. Manipulated testing to "find" whatever numbers they want to. Make it go up to bash trump, down to make the lockdowns appear valid. Whatever they want
Statistics can favor anything that the tester pays for. I wouldn't trust any stats from the alphabets, pharma, and certainly not Fauci and his ilk.
