It then says 80% of the cases of Arrhythmia occurred in the study period, before getting the vaccinations which don’t make sense at all. How the hell did 308,406 people get Arrhythmia before getting the vaccine during the study period?
What is interesting is that there is also an elevated risk of cardiac arrhythmia after the second dose of the mRNA-1273 shot. That could be a smoking gun.

If you consult Table 3 and Figure 1, you will find that the increased risk is almost entirely from having a positive SARS-CoV-2 test.
