They are not playing dumb. They are playing their part. The courts are corrupt. All appointees are corrupt. The entire system is being revealed as a sham. They question is what will the people do about it when some black robe says, well, yea you have to take any shot the dementia patient demands.
Who are the other two judges on the panel. Moreover, what happens when it goes en banc, that is, the entire panel hears the case.
