I donate 375ml every third month, to get rid of extra iron in my blood. If you do this you'd seriously want a nurse nearby, and make sure you are not low on any vitamins. Folate, and Vitamin D, and iron are common ones. Consult your doctor.

I see. So what propells these Microscopic graphene hydroxide razor blades through your flesh and artery walls? Why wouldn't they imbed once they meet resistance? Sure they're sharp, but once they're in your tissue and outside of your bloodstream there's nothing propelling them further.
