Isn't Merck is a company who tried to register some kind of ivermectin as a cure for covid, that will make emergency approval of vaccines void and they will have to do real registration of their garbage?
I think that all big pharma, especially all that Pfizers and AstraZenecas do that, but MSM choose to write only about Merck, since it become a threat for vaccination narrative.
