I'm about halfway through it. It answers all the questions you never knew you had about public health in the US. Including the reasons that the US has the highest Covid mortality per capita in the world and is steadily falling behind other developed countries in terms of life expectation. Heavily footnoted so you can check original sources and go down the rabbit hole yourself. Rippin good read. Highly recommend.
