"They" have created the perfect scenario to test different bioweapons and monitor the results. There is no telling what "vaccine" was given to different countries, or what is in each mfg's brew. They have to perfect cover to continue releasing anything that they want, and blame it on the "unvaccinated".
They know who has what, by race, sex, age. Perfect conditions to test other bioweapons. Don't be surprised if some variant pops up that seems to only kills black folks, Asians, by age, etc.
