This image is a little misleading unfortunately. Headline #1 insinuates that South Africa as a whole was opting out of the vaccine then headline #2 suggests that they're being punished for it. Article #1 just states they said "please stop sending we have a large supply already and you should send elsewhere that doesnt." ...article #2 may still be a threat regardless tho.
No it is a threat. How dare they destroy the narrative by not requiring the poison, better fuck them up as punishment. They tried to do the same with texas and Florida.
