That's not how satellites work, they are not recording the same spot live 24/7. They make pictures on the path as they orbit around the globe. Look up how many satellite spacex needs to launch to cover the globe just with internet 24/7.

Do you have any source about this enormous satellite constellation which records the whole planet in crime fighting high res resolution 24/7 live 3D?
