55 years, so the youngest person injected today will be fucking 60 when the documents are unsealed. Almost everyone else will elderly if not dead, with maybe a teenager injected today that survives as the "old" side of the first rounds. Nobody actively involved today doling out these shots will be alive to punish. Convenient, innit?
