Long read and not worth the time. China’s not all powerful and this notion they play the long game is ridiculous.
If they were so great at playing the long game, explain how they got defeated by the manchus or the mongols despite having superior technology and forces.
You’re on a tangent now. I’m saying there’s nothing special about China. Comparing it to the US doesn’t detract from what I’m saying.
