I’ve been following this rabbit hole a bit and i think i figured something out. It might be about “compliance after the fact”. Something you downloaded now belongs to someone else. In order to verify compliance you must subject your device to audit check. All devices must be in compliance to use big tech. Therefore all must install this malware. Etc
I'm not sure I understand this. Can you rephrase it? There's definitely an element of soft compliance and I think more actions taken here will open more avenues of compliance in general.
They could purchase NFTs to target individuals so that they are not in compliance and thus deplatformed. They’ll use enforcement as justification for installing spyware.
I don't think so. NFTs will be checked against the ledgers, not against devices that don't have them. Buying NFTs already has implications that we haven't seen in fruition but it's likely just the tracking upscaled.
