He was co-opted from a young age then. He was originally Bill Hicks from what I have heard - he was then hired by the CIA to become Alex Jones.
He was plastic surgeried and then had his voice box adjusted so he has his 'trademark' voice.
Then he was set to be a radio host (so people wouldn't see him while he recovered from the surgeries)
Once he was healed up and he had a new personality, he was invited to break bohemian Grove.
They needed to avoid the issues with the middle East, so they created the opposite to bill Cooper

Can you find a video of that? I couldnt. If there is audio, I would perhaps suggest that it was planned? Since he would be able to cover for it being the same person .... Radio does that lol
If I recall correctly it was audio only on YouTube. I think I found it through this site a few months ago...

You are thinking of Bill Cooper - he was on Alex Jones. He said he wouldn't do it again. (Bill hicks died before he had a show fyi)
