I've been to many concerts where people have "surged" towards the front. Never had trouble breathing but there is definitely a risk of being trampled or injury. I don't think people are really considering how tightly packed a crowd would need to not be able to inhale/exhale. There would be people with broken ribs in this case.. You can literally have someone sit on your chest and still breathe with difficulty. The video footage doesn't look like people are so tight that they wouldn't be able to breathe.. Also, what does this have to do with heart attacks?
