First, I would suspect profit incentives, just look at the increase in Big Pharma stock, and new 'billionaire' Big Pharma CEO's. The wealth that has been gained is by the Executive level, along with the major shareholders of the stock.
Even half of Congress has increased ownership in Big Pharma stock.
Greed is a powerful motivator.
For the lower levels, the question is how much do they truly know, along with the fact they probably signed NDA's, or else their livelihoods are gone, within the Big Pharma corpo structure.
Then there's the tight grip on media (and has been), and now even more so with the Medical sector. I've heard they have told doctors to limit how many medical exceptions they give out, along with potential threats of Doctors losing their licenses.
Except for those that stood up, and were pushed out after they were used during the initial phase of the 'pandemic'; the entire structure is complicit in this roll-out whether by conscious choice or not, and I hate to say that.
I definitely agree, yet just taking a step back and observing what's playing out, I've noticed even controlled MSM and Saturday Night Live starting to slightly go against Biden and Fauci, along with everyone focusing on the people they know.
The main issue, and has been is the people that are not seen, such as the CFR, Club of Rome, Global Bankers, and so forth. To them, I would surmise, that Biden and company are just cannon fodder to play a role and take the fallout, for a possibly longer term plan.
The main goal, amongst others, is to possibly reset the global economy over to the digital CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency), just look it up. This would be replace the current failing fiat dollar system; along with them avoid the blame for the problems that would come with a major economic transition.
