Often when business is slow they'll ask these guys to do odd jobs around the camp: moving pianos, delivering plates and silverware, shovelling gravel, that sort of thing.
Bussers, valet, kitchen workers, and security hardly get to see anything. Also, for their safety (hilariously enough) women are not allowed in any jobs that involve going inside the camp. Heck, women are not allowed in the camp in general.
