Well, he's right to one extent...that there wouldn't be mandates because Trump wouldn't force the issue, and the reason there are mandates is that the Democrats are punishing their political opponents. It's about power. That's why Democrates didn't want the vax if Trump was in office.
Trump is under the illusion that the mandates are about public health.
